Washington Alloy 625 is excellent for joining these Inconel® and Incoloy® alloys to dissimilar metals such as carbon steel, low alloy steel, ferritic and austenitic stainless steels. This filler metal produces weld deposits with excel lent corrosion and oxidation resistance against phosphoric acids, organic acids and seawater. Good resistance against pitting and stress corrosion cracking in chloride containing environments. The weld deposits exhibit high strength and fatigue resistance over a broad range of temperatures ranging from cryogenic up to 1800°F. ER625 is most commonly used in the chemical processing industry, pollution control equipment, marine equipment, nuclear reactor components, pump shafts.

Diameter: 0.045 in.

Weight: 2 lb

Material: Nickel, Chromium, Molybdenum

Temperature Range: Cryogenic to 1800 F

Tensile Strength: 110,000 psi

Yield Strength: 60,000 psi

Elongation: 30%

AWS Specification: ANSI/AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-3

ASME Specification: ASME SFA 5.14 ERNiCrMo-3

Compatible Alloys: Inconel 601, 625, 690; Incoloy 800, 825, 800HT; Carbon steel; Low alloy steel; Ferritic and Austenitic stainless steels

Corrosion Resistance: Phosphoric acids, Organic acids, Seawater

Downloads

Safety Data Sheet

Tech datasheets

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0705/5763/0651/files/09b950b839f01ebdd5d1e833dbde0698c6104132-large_2e6358bf-ee72-446b-a7a5-cbc1f40b5739.png?v=1776567992
https://wiscocatalog.myshopify.com/products/wytn-625-15-washington-alloy-tn-625-15-filler-metal-0045-in-nickel-chromium-molybdenum-cryogenic-to-1800f-110000-psi
