Featuring a high-performance, self-sharpening blend of seeded-gel ceramic alumina and friable aluminum oxide abrasives, this cool-running SG 5SG CA Type 11 >4" tool room flaring cup wheel cuts and removes stock at up to twice the rate and with three to five times the life of conventional abrasive wheels, with minimum burn and dressing. A superior bond provides exceptional form holding and allows this versatile wheel to grind a wide range of materials, including super alloys and titanium; cast, ductile and gray iron; and tool, hard carbon and 400-series stainless steels using your CNC and other tool and cutter machines.
