The SG Vitrium3 5SG CA Type 05 >4-inch toolroom wheel delivers high productivity and a low grinding cost per part. A recessed side and a proprietary blend of ceramic aluminum and friable aluminum oxide deliver three to five times the lifespan of regular aluminum oxide wheels and twice the stock removal rate of ordinary abrasives. The powerful Vitrium3 bond provides high speed and cool cutting and holds its form even when working on tough tools and grinding hard surfaces. A self-sharpening abrasive keeps burns and dressing to a minimum, sharpening tools and offering a long lifespan in production.
