ESAB® Oxweld® 1502 Series Size 4 Nozzle/Cutting Tip cuts 1/2" metal thickness and has gas pressure of 35 - 40 PSIG for cutting oxygen, 20 - 25 PSIG for preheat oxygen and 5 - 7 PSIG for acetylene. Nozzle/cutting tip features a 15 - 23 inches per min cutting speed, 0.065" average kerf width and requires gas consumption of 65 - 75 CFH for total oxygen and 8 - 10 CFH for acetylene. Medium pre-heat nozzle/cutting tip features 6 preheat holes, 60" drill cutting and is used for beveling, cutting dirty plate and general-purpose applications.
