QFA (Air-cooled) assembly is rated for 600 amps at 60% duty-cycle and can weld with wire diameters from .030" to 1/8". Uses the QTR 66 series conductor tubes offered in various degrees of bend configurations. The QTR66 series conductor tubes are sold separately. Standard Torch body. This new series will provide superior reliability and repeatability which results in less downtime and increased output in y our automated weld cell.

• The inner core acts as shielding gas carrier as well as support for the wire conduit assembly. Benefits: engineered to withstand the high duty cycles required for automated weld cells
• The Cabelhoz is comprised of three primary components: the outer jacket is tear-resistant, radiation cross-linked polymer extruded over the copper stranding.
• Insulated mounting surface with keyed front cartridge assembly- to ensure repeatability.
• Quick change locking screw for securing the conductor tube in place. Takes only seconds not minutes to change out a conductor tube assembly.
• Uses robotic style conductor tubes, which are machined and assembled to the tightest tolerances for repeatability and accuracy.
• The copper is spun around a hytrel center core tube, providing flexibility and support for the inner core
