308L stainless steel GTAW (TIG) welding alloy is most frequently used for welding base metals of similar composition. The 0.03% maximum carbon content increases its resistance to intergranular corrosion. Conforms to AWS A5.9. Conveniently packaged for point-of-purchase display.
