Get your blending, sanding and stripping work done fast with the Gold Reserve A296/H290 coarse grit paper H&L disc mounted to your orbital sander or right-angle grinder. Its P-graded aluminum oxide abrasive is good for making quick cuts without generating too much heat. This helps produce a consistent finish on a broad range of substrates. The disc's B-weight latex/paper backing (on the A296) and heavy-duty E-weight paper backing (on the H290) resists tearing while remaining flexible. Minimize clogging with the A296's water-based No-Fil stearate coating, and keep down loading with the H290's open coat.

Features

  • P-graded premium aluminum oxide abrasive produces a quick, cool cut and a more consistent surface finish
  • A296 has water-based, non-loading (No-Fil) stearate coating that minimizes clogging and increases disc life; H290 discs' open coat minimizes loading
  • Good choice for coarse grit stripping, blending and sanding a broad range of substrates including primed or painted surfaces, wood, composites, aluminum, and fiberglass; hook and loop back for easy disc mounting and changing
  • A296 has strong B-weight latex/paper backing; H290 has heavy-duty E-weight paper backing; both resist tearing while staying conformable and flexible
