Featuring a coarse grit for sharp cutting power, the Merit Zirc Plus Z/A coarse grit TS (Type II) quick-change cloth disc is the ideal choice for use on titanium, stainless steel and superalloy metals. The zirconia alumina abrasive with grinding aid minimizes the generation of heat during cutting. A strong two-ply Y-weight polyester and cotton fabric backing outperforms traditional aluminum oxide and zirconia alumina discs when used for a range of weld blending and deburring projects.
