Featuring an aluminum oxide abrasive grain, it outperforms the cut rate of competitors' belts by up to 20 percent. The Y-weight low-stretch polyester backing is bonded to a tough nylon fiber for strength. A versatile and dependable belt for deburring, finishing and blending jobs, the Bear-Tex Rapid Prep combines an open coat with Clean Bond resin technology to help produce clear finishes on nickel alloys and aluminum while reducing loading.
