Stoody 100HD is a high chromium-iron alloy developed for high deposition rate hardfacing of large surface areas from extreme abrasion resistance. It develops a very tight cross checking pattern. Stoody 100HD is generally limited to 3 layers. Deposits are not machinable or foreable and can be used in hot wear applications up to 900°F.
