ESAB® Purox® 4202 Series Acetylene Cutting Nozzle/Cutting Tip cuts 1/2" metal thickness and has gas pressure of 30 - 40 PSIG for cutting oxygen and 5 - 7 PSIG for Propane/Natural Gas. Nozzle/cutting tip features a 18 - 27 inches per min cutting speed, 0.060 - 0.065" average kerf width and requires gas consumption of 55 - 75 CFH for total oxygen and 9 - 12 CFH for Propane/Natural Gas. Medium pre-heat nozzle features 6 preheat holes, 60" drill cutting and is used for beveling and general-purpose applications.
