ESAB® Purox® 4203 Series Acetylene Cutting Nozzle/Cutting Tip cuts 5/8" metal thickness and has gas pressure of 38 - 45 PSIG for cutting oxygen and 3-5 PSIG for Propane/Natural Gas. Nozzle/cutting tip features a 15 - 19 inches per min cutting speed, 0.060 - 0.070" average kerf width and requires gas consumption of 125 - 140 CFH for total oxygen and 9-11 CFH for Propane/Natural Gas. Medium pre-heat nozzle features 6 preheat holes, 60" drill cutting and is used for beveling and general-purpose applications.
